Dr. Babu Padmanabhan is an engineer, with a Ph.D. in analytical kinematics from Virginia Tech, tackling problems in building the International Space Station for NASA. He has pioneered the concept of “Fractional Conjugate Geometry” that is fundamental to designing systems with highly efficient and powerful mechanics of action that has led to the “Intelligent Compounding” engine. Using this engine and after building a highly successful global conglomerate STEER World, Dr. Babu is now on a mission to apply this knowledge and expertise for solving climate and sustainability challenges.

This commitment led him to incubate programs, development centers and startups - STEERLife, Phitons, and unWOOD - that utilize STEER’s advanced manufacturing technologies to tackle global challenges such as plastic pollution, deforestation, microplastics, malnutrition, obesity, and essential medication. With over 30 inventions and more than 150 international patents, Dr. Babu’s contributions are both extensive and impactful. Dr. Babu believes in creating a healthier future where our children can truly thrive on a healthy planet.
